Attend Moseley Farmers Market
Saturday 16th December, 9am-2pm
At the crossroads in the centre of Moseley, B13 8HW
A chance to get the cupboards stocked up on Christmas food whilst supporting local; everything available at this market is guaranteed to be reared, grown or processed by the people selling. It’s a certified real Farmers Market and has been a staple in Moseley since August 2000, with all profits earned going straight back into the local community.
They’ll be stalls providing a huge range of produce from fruit and veg to cheese and wine, beers and pies to samosas and in-season meat. If you know a foodie, this is the spot to get them a great Christmas gift!

A very brisk walk in Druids Heath, captured by Alice last year.
Frosty grass, vibrant leaves and blinding sunshine; this has all the makings of the perfect Winter morning!

Explore The Bartons Arms in Aston
One of my favourite pubs in Birmingham; The Bartons Arms is iconic for its Victorian architecture, intricate tilework and stained glass windows.
I discovered it myself earlier this year whilst shooting our North Brum collection (thanks for introducing me, George!) and fell in love instantly, returning again shortly after to use the upstairs function room for my own headline gig.
This video from 1974 guides us through the pubs history whilst detailing its famous interior. It truly is a hidden gem and we should count ourselves lucky that it’s still standing. If you fancy a visit, it’s only a stones throw from town and the Thai food is great!
